OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT CHANGES IN PERSONNEL AND TERMINATION OF REPRESENTATION AUTHORITY HAI HUONG SEAFOOD JOINT STOCK COMPANY (HHFISH)

To: Valued Customers, Business Partners and Relevant Parties,

Hai Huong Seafood Joint Stock Company (HHFISH) hereby formally informs our valued customers, business partners and relevant parties of the following changes regarding personnel and the scope of authority to represent the Company:

1. Personnel Changes and Termination of Representation Authority

Effective November 3, 2026, the Company has officially terminated its employment relationships with the following four (04) employees of the Sales Department, in accordance with the relevant decisions and applicable procedures:

-Ms. Bui Thi Thuy Huong

-Mr. Dinh Van Thuan

-Mr. Phan Thanh Dien

-Mr. Ho Dong Phuong

As of the effective date stated above, the individuals listed herein are no longer employees of the Company and are no longer authorized to represent, act on behalf of, or undertake any business activities in the name of HHFISH, including but not limited to business transactions, negotiations, quotations, contract execution, order confirmations or any commercial commitments on behalf of the Company.

2. Requests to Customers and Business Partners

To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of all parties and prevent any transactions beyond the authorized scope, the Company respectfully requests that all customers and business partners:

1.Conduct all business transactions, communications and order confirmations exclusively through the Company’s officially designated or duly confirmed contact persons.

2. Refrain from making payments or transferring goods or documents based on any requests that have not been verified and confirmed by the Company’s legal representative or duly authorized personnel.

3. Contact the Company directly to verify any information concerning business operations, contracts or commercial transactions whenever necessary.

3. Company’s Commitment to Business Continuity

Hai Huong Seafood Joint Stock Company hereby confirms that its production, business operations, supply activities and fulfillment of all lawful commitments to customers and business partners will continue as planned. The Company sincerely appreciates your continued trust, support and cooperation. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation in implementing this notice.
